We went to supper one night at Bob and Toni Forrend's house. These are friends of Rick's from high school. They have done a great job of staying in touch.

Dr. Butch was with Rick in Viet Nam and actually talked Rick through putting chest tubes in a patient there. It was quite a coincidence when Dr. Butch was Rick's mom's doctor. They have been friends ever since. Dr. Butch has been especially interested in Rick and has made the effort to keep in touch.
