September Vermont Trip 2006

Rick at Viet Nam War Memorial

Closer look

We gave him the lead rope and asked him to catch Casey. He walked slowly out to Casey talking softly to him.

These are the things we want to remember. These are the good days and the bad days, ours as well as Dad's. Rick is my father, diagnosed with Alzheimer's in August 2003. Joyce is my mother, Rick's primary caregiver. Bev is Rick's sister, the one who knows more than the rest of us because she was their mother's primary cargiver. Cheryl and Erin are my sisters, and I'm Tamara.
